The Lumen 115L Energy Storage System feature an intelligent fire protection system, combining the RS311 smoke-temperature detector, QRR0.15G/S-PFK thermochemical aerosol extinguisher, and audible-visual alarm for early, precise fire detection, instant warning, and rapid, efficient suppression. Compact, fast-acting, low-maintenance, and highly adaptable, this system ensures comprehensive safety and stable operation of the energy storage system.
The Lumen 115L Energy Storage System integrates FFD POWER’s proprietary ANY PORT SCADA system, enabling a parallel communication architecture between local and remote control units. By connecting the Siemens PLC, PCS, BMS, and TSO (Transmission System Operator) interface to a unified gateway, the system can simultaneously support local control logic and remote dispatch. Meanwhile, the Siemens PLC ensures local safety interlocks and control logic remain fully functional and secure. This architecture guarantees both fast external responsiveness and robust local reliability.
Lumen 115L Energy Storage System is designed as an all-in-one outdoor cabinet that combines battery storage, PCS, DC/DC, EMS, thermal management, and fire protection in one factory-integrated unit. This reduces field work, shortens commissioning time, and makes deployment easier for sites that need a compact and standardized storage block. Transportation efficiency is maximized—a single 40-foot HQ container can hold up to 10 units—significantly reducing logistics costs and simplifying project rollout.
Lumen 115L Sodium-Ion Energy Storage System eliminates dependence on lithium by leveraging sodium, one of Earth’s most abundant elements, giving the system a more resilient material foundation against the supply-chain volatility that has repeatedly affected lithium-ion economics. Designed for stationary storage, Galaxy 115LS operates reliably from -25°C to +55°C and is particularly well suited to cold-climate applications where lithium-ion systems often require heavier thermal support to maintain usable performance. Its sodium-ion chemistry offers a more stable thermal profile, helping reduce thermal-runaway risk in commercial and industrial installations. Galaxy 115LS is not simply an emerging alternative, but a purpose-built solution for real energy storage applications.
